You will need to devise a questionnaire about faith. You could use any of your values to form a questionnaire about. Once you have devised you questionnaire give it to children and adults to complete. Once you have the questionnaire back discuss the responses. It is s good idea to ask parents and governors to complete the questionnaires also. This is the questionnaire we used but you could add your own questions.
