Prayer Chests

You will need

Blank treasure chests or you could use an empty tissue box, art and craft materials, pens and pencils, paper and card.
 
First you need to find an empty tissue box or you can ask your teacher to order blank treasures boxes. You can write prayers with a specific value in mind or even write general prayer. We included our school prayer. Put your prayer chests in your class reflection space or a central space such as in your entrance hall. Children and adults can spend time reading the prayers which will bring them strength and allow them to reflect on our Christian values.
