Reindeer Dust

You will need

Porridge oats, glitter, reindeer dust poems, ribbon and small bags (you can make fabric ones or use clear food bags).
 
We decided to make reindeer dust as part of our parish day to help our church raise funds for a new boiler. First mix porridge oats with glitter. Then spoon the mixture into a small bag, tie with a ribbon making sure you attach a poem. We sold the bags in school and in church. We made 100 bags and sold them for £1. We sold them all making £100 and donated it to the boiler fund at St Philip’s. It is important to help people in our local community, showing that our values are guiding us in life.
