Values Montage
To explore value in daily school life.
Photographs taken of school events, large pieces of paper, scissors and post it notes.
To produce a values montage to see if our values are visible in our every day school life.
First you need to print off lots of photographs of events and activities in school. Then sort the photographs into the relevant values and stick them in the squares. Then speak to children, teachers and governors, ask them where they have used or seen that value in action. Stick the post it notes in the bubble for that value. Lastly link bible stories to the values you have chosen. We put the whole montage on display where we line up for lunch with post it notes and pens for children to add to while they waited for lunch. We found that our values were a very important part of our school life.
