Prayer Box

You will need

Empty box, selection of art and craft embellishments, glue gun, prayer cards, felt tip pens and personal artefacts that support you in prayer.
 
First find an empty box, and with a range of art and craft embellishments, decorate your box. we added and decorated a mirror to look inside yourself. We also took our idea of scrabble prayers (activity 83) and chose some scrabble tiles to add to our prayer box. We also added a number of prayer cards, pens and felt tips. We added buttons, pom poms etc. to support our prayers. You can add anything at all that will help you to focus your thoughts when you are talking to God. You can keep your prayer box anywhere and they are very portable too!
