Prayer Ducks

You will need

A water tray or paddling pool, some plastic ducks with a small hoop to hook onto, some sticks with a hook on the end and a selection of prayer prompts.

Firstly, glue the prayer prompts onto the bottom of the ducks. We used laminated prayer prompts and used a glue gun to secure them to the bottom of each duck. You can also use a permanent marker. If you do use a glue gun, ALWAYS have an adult to support you. Fill your water tray or paddling pool with water, add in your prayer ducks and you are ready to start the game. Try to hook one of the ducks using the stick. Once you have hooked your prayer duck, take it out of the water and read the prayer prompt. Take a little time to talk to God, through prayer, using the prayer prompt on the bottom of the duck. If you wish, you could share your prayers with a friend or silently talk to God.
