Prayer Jigsaws

You will need

Large coloured jigsaw pieces, selection of permanent marker pens, selection of felt tip pens, small blank jigsaws.

In this activity we concentrated on how, through prayer, all things fit together. As jigsaw pieces, we fit them together and God is the missing piece in our own personal jigsaw. Choose a jigsaw piece and think how your life fits together with God and write your prayer. Once a number of people have written their jigsaw prayer, as a group fit them together to make one large jigsaw. As members of the group add a piece to the jigsaw read out each prayer. We also used small blank jigsaws to design and then use to focus our prayers as we made the jigsaw.
