Prayer Pegs

You will need

A selection of washi tape, pegs, selection or craft beads, buttons and embellishments, scissors, pens, drawing pin, small magnet, glue gun and prayer card.

Prayer pegs are little reminders, that you can pin on a notice board or on the fridge, that will remind you to pray. First, cover a peg with washi tape. Then choose the embellishments you would like to glue on. We used buttons, religious symbols and alphabet beads to spell out values, people who are close to us, the world, or words that you find help you to talk to God, through prayer. Make some small prayer cards that can be pegged on to the peg. We have 4 or 5 on the peg. To attach your prayer peg to a notice board, glue a drawing pin on the back of your peg. You can glue a small magnet on the back to stick your prayer peg on to something metal.
