It's Not Fair

You will need

A box of plasters.

Everyone in the activity needs to sit in a circle and leader tells the group that everyone has an injury somewhere. The leader tells each person where their injury is e.g. bumped head, grazed knee, sprained ankle, blister, broken arm etc. The leader called each person out to have a plaster put on his or her injury. Each time someone comes out the leader puts the plaster in the same place on the back of everyone's hand. Soon it becomes apparent that this doesn't seem fair! Discuss why it isn't fair as everyone is being treated the same. Does being treated the same always mean it's fair? Discuss, as a group that maybe fair isn't always about when everyone gets the same but when everyone gets just what they need.
