Prayer Hands

You will need

Pens, felt tip pens, pencil, scissors, paper and a laminating pouch.
 
Draw a large hand shape. Decorate the hand shape with suggestions of what to pray for. These could include those who are weak; praying for the sick; the homeless; the poor and those who cannot go to school; those you love the most or pray for your family and friends. It could be those in authority, praying for teachers, government leaders etc., or those who show us the way, pray for those who lead by example religious leaders, teachers and mentors. It could be things that are close to your heart - pray for your worries, plans for the future, hopes and fears. Now draw around your own hand and label the fingers to help you to think clearly when you reflect and pray. You may want to laminate your prayer hand.
