Aim

Self Esteem Portraits

To develop self-confidence.

You will need

A3 paper, felt tip pens, pencil crayons, pens, pencils and scissors.

First of all draw a head and shoulders shape on a piece of A3 paper. In the head and shoulders shape your will write and draw things that you are good at or things that will give you strength. * I never give up * I help people in need * I show support for my friends * I will always be me * I work hard * I believe in my abilities * I have a fantastic family * I try my best
* I am helpful * I like to play sports * I like to go shopping. You can write your sentences any way you like around the shape. Once you have completed your self-esteem portrait sit back and review everything that you have included. Keep your portrait and on those days when you feel sad, upset or lacking in confidence take out your portrait and focus on all the amazing characteristics and qualities you possess.
