Treasured Hearts

You will need

A wooden heart, tile grout, sequins, glitter, beads, buttons, felt for the back of your heart, ribbon to hang your heart and a variety of pieces from old broken jewellery.
 
It is better to work in small sections of your heart as the tile grout can dry quite quickly. Prepare the ‘treasures’ you are going to apply to your heart. The objects you add to your heart are all the things you love, colours, textures, types of material, small objects that have personal meaning. Apply some tile grout to a small section of your heart and begin to add some of your treasure.  As you fill one section apply more grout and carry on until all your heart is covered.  Once your heart is dry, glue some felt on the back and a loop of ribbon. Finally hang your heart and admire the creativity you have within yourself. What does your treasure heart say about you?
