We enjoyed listening to the story of St Patrick and discussed how inspirational he was. We looked at different St Patrick day celebrations from around the world and recognised the importance of Patron Saints.

In class, we talked about what we learnt from St Patrick’s story. St Patrick was bold; he displayed his boldness when he kept the fire going and he even faced the king after doing it, this showed his determination and passion for sharing his faith.

We discussed how people around the world celebrate St Patrick's Day and how we remember how he suffered. We compared his suffering to other figures like Jesus or Moses, and discussed how other countries have different Patron Saints that they remember

In Class 10, we were very interested by St Patrick so we decided to do some extra research! We found out he was a very forgiving person and worked well as a good team member. We can learn lots from this!
