We talked about how we feel when we help people, and how those whom we have helped would feel. Year 1 said helping each other makes us all happy and helps us to make new friends. One person said, "if we help others, God will help us!"

We discussed many ways in which we can all help others such as standing up for our friends if we see something we don't like, helping adults to clean and tidy in school and at home and help someone if we see they are hurt.

Thankyou for the lovely video. The children agree that it is important to be kind and help each other. They thought about all the helpful jobs they do at home and at school such as tidying up our classroom and helping to clean our rooms.

I think serving others is very important because let's say your mother or father is sick and they might ask you for a glass of water, you could give them it and that would be serving them and that's why it's important.It's also considered helping.
